FEATURED GOING GREEN ECO-FRIENDLY BAR MOP
TO LAUNCH AT 2008 NRA SHOW
CHICAGO, IL – Thurs., May 15, 2008 - Tercor’s Eco Friendly Cleaning Cloths recently were featured as one of 40 innovative Design Directions: Going Green products, at the 2008 Home and Housewares Show, March 16-18. The exhibit highlighted sustainable materials, alternative packaging and eco-conscious business practices.
Debuting at the NRA Show, our new bar mop towels, in natural, are ideal for housekeeping and janitorial uses, industrial kitchens and heavy-duty jobs. Used wet or dry, these soft, absorbent and sturdy cloths can be re-washed up to 104 F.
An alternative to paper towels and cotton rags, our bar mops utilize a patented eco-fiber technology that’s energy-efficient while diverting 400 tons monthly of pre-consumer cotton textile waste from landfills.
“We had always been ‘green,’ said President Steven Terkel, “But now it looks like we’re really ‘going green.”
Last year NRA’s Green Restaurant Products Pavilion stressed attendees’ goal to economically improve the environment through recycled materials and food substance. This year, look to money saving on cleaning products and non-paper goods with our cleaning cloths.
